Ethics Channel

Corus provides this channel to its employees and third parties (customers, suppliers, senior management, directors, or any individual connected to the organization) to communicate securely and confidentially regarding any possible irregularities, non-compliance, or behavior contrary to ethics, legality, and internal regulations.

Communications can be anonymous and will be treated confidentially and in accordance with current data protection legislation. The integrity in the traceability of the management of the complaint and/or inquiry from its entry to its resolution is guaranteed.

Access to the complaints channel is restricted to members authorized by Corus's internal regulations. Additionally, the integrity in the traceability of the management of the complaint and/or inquiry from its entry to its resolution is guaranteed.

In addition to this internal company information channel, whistleblowers are informed that there are external information channels of the Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection, A.A.I., or through the regional authorities or bodies within the scope of application of Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and fight against corruption, either directly or after communication through the corresponding internal channel.
