Quality assurance
Any quality assurance model must begin by establishing a quality
culture, which always takes into consideration the delivery of
revised, well-built, robust and adaptable products.
Once this culture is assumed by the organization, the creation of
quality control teams allows us to have a greater specialization in
the methodologies, techniques and tools necessary for a correct
assurance of the quality of our products and processes.
Quality should be measured as a means to improvement. If something is
not measured, it is very difficult to improve it. This measurement
must take into account the unique characteristics of each project,
including each team and circumstance.
Quality involves testing, both manual and automated. Manual testing is
still important to guarantee the correct adequacy of the solutions to
the specifications, as well as the ergonomics and usability of
interfaces. Automated tests make it possible to guarantee standards
that every product must comply, as well as facilitate the stability of
solutions in the face of changes and modifications.
Our experience
CORUS has strong
quality culture established in its organization. Our teams carry out
tests and reviews for all phases of the solution construction process,
allowing the delivery of products of high quality and reliability.
We have specialized teams in the definition, implementation and
construction of automated test environments that adjust to the needs
of each organization, the available data, the equipment work, and
deployment systems used.
We have collaborated with organizations from different sectors in the
creation of quality teams and methodologies, as well as its
implementation in the teams, facilitating the transition to a model
based on quality in all the processes and activities.
