Adequately defining the user experience, as well as the sensation, feeling, emotional response, User evaluation and satisfaction with a product/service is key to its success. It's necessary to care at all times about the interaction of people with our designs.
The user interface design of the applications contemplates the selection of the appropriate elements to achieve and organize the screen in a way that is easier for the user to understand and use. The objective is to make the user interaction as efficient and simple as possible.
New environments and devices, such as voice assistants, virtual environments or augmented reality, require new interaction and usability models that allow the user to act naturally, simple and satisfying, without fanfare, and without having to think about it.
It should start with understanding the needs of the users and their environment. We must be able to put ourselves in their situation to generate coherent solutions.
We must synthesize the collected information and keep what adds value and interesting perspectives. We will identify problems which solutions will be key to obtain an innovative and useful result.
It aims to generate endless options. In this phase, the activities favor the expansive thinking, and we must eliminate value judgments. Sometimes the most outlandish ideas are the ones generating visionary solutions.
We make the ideas come true. Building prototypes makes them palpable and helps us visualize possible solutions, highlighting elements that we must improve or refine.
We will test our prototypes with the users involved in the solution we are developing. this phase is crucial, and it will help us identify significant improvements, bugs to solve, possible deficiencies. This garantees we get the MVP.
At CORUS we have collaborated with organizations from different sectors in the definition and design of digital solutions for computers, tablets, smartphones and devices, conversational solutions for virtual assistants like Alexa and Echo, and augmented reality solutions for smart glasses.
Our team works experimentally and in detail to adapt the interface to the needs of each product, of the channels of communication and interaction of the user, and their capacities and abilities for the device management.
Designing an application for a business environment is not the same as designing a solution for the industrial environment, where the capabilities of interaction with keyboards and screens is limited, or the health of workers or the elderly. We have carried out projects in different environments and sectors that allow us to successfully address new forms of interaction with the user.
